Q: Do I need an appointment to visit?

We welcome your visit but due to the schedule of bookings we require prier notice please to ensure we are free.

Please note that due to the very noisy workshop and the turnaround of appointments it is sometimes impossible to answer the phone. We have an answer machines so please leave us a message and we will always call you back later.

Q: How long do you need my van for?
The window fitting service is approx. 3 hours for 1-2 windows

For the carpet lining conversions we will need your van for a minimum of 2 days.

Q: Do you work weekends?

We do not count Saturday & Sunday as working days but we can arrange to meet outside working hours for the dropping off and collection of your van, including weekends

Q: Is there a train station nearby?

Yes and we offer you a lift to & from St Neots Train Station

Q: Is my van left outside at night?

No, all our customer’s vans are locked inside our unit and we are behind a security gate on an industrial estate.

Q: Do I need to leave a deposit?

Yes our window fitting appointments are confirmed with a small deposit.

Q: What condition should my van arrive in?
Window fitting – we need access to the inside working area so request and obstruction ie ply lining, cupboards, racking etc be removed before your appointment.

Carpet lining – Ideally we request that your van arrives in a bare condition

Q: Do you offer part conversions, say just a new ceiling or floor?

No we only offer our full conversion services

Q: Can we re-use my ply?

In order to guarantee our work, we will always replace and ply with new.

Q: Does the price of the carpet lining service include insulation?

Yes, we always fully insulate our customers vans. This eliminates the rear road noise and also offers great temperature control to suit the seasons.

Q: Do you offer any electrical services?

If we have your van in for a full day van conversion then we can offer to supply & fit the basics of electrics. We do not solely provide electrical fitting services.

Q: Do you offer mobile services where you can travel to my van?

No, all our work is undertaken at our unit in St Neots, Cambridgeshire.

Q: Can you supply only your windows?

We do not keep stock for sale only; we are a supply & fit service only.

Q: Do you supply seats for your seat fitting service?

There is such a huge choice of seats and upholstery finishes it is impossible to keep stock to suit every individual customer. We do provide a seat fitting service where the customer supplies the seat.
